Rivur operates in the construction industry with a focus on large-scale developments such as hotels and hospitals. Founded by an experienced architect, Rivur is a leading entity within "The Hardy Group," a prominent company in the construction of major infrastructures.
Their mission is to innovate and lead in the development of condominiums and other substantial projects, making Rivur a pivotal player in the construction sector.
01 · The challenge
Rivur, a company deeply involved in large-scale construction projects, required a comprehensive solution to manage and streamline the financial flows of their significant undertakings.
The existing manual processes and outdated systems were inadequate for their needs. Rivur needed a modern software solution to handle tasks such as cash flow control, error corrections, technology updates, and performance enhancements in an efficient and effective manner.

User experience improvement: Transitioning from a simple list view to a more efficient spreadsheet view for budget management, allowing automatic updates without the need for multiple modals.
Technology integration: Incorporating new technologies like Stimulus_Reflex to facilitate real-time data exchange and improve user interaction and data accuracy.

The implementation of the new system had a substantial impact on Rivur’s operations:
Increased project registrations: The number of project records increased from 455 in 2019 to 632, indicating a significant boost in project engagement.
Improved user experience: The transition to a spreadsheet view for budget management greatly reduced the number of steps required for users to make modifications, enhancing overall efficiency.
Faster load times: The main dashboard’s load time was notably decreased, contributing to a smoother and more responsive user experience.
