How much does it cost to build a mobile app?
It depends on the engagement. Senior mobile engineers through Team Embed start at $8,500 per engineer per month. Scoped app builds are quoted as a fixed price after a scoping call. If you already have an app and want to know what it needs before investing more, the Production Readiness Audit is a fixed $4,900.
How long does it take to launch a mobile app?
A focused first release on iOS and Android usually takes 10 to 14 weeks, including design, testing and app store review. Larger apps ship in phases, with builds in your hands every sprint.
Which technology do you build mobile apps with?
We default to React Native, so iOS and Android share one codebase and one team. When a feature needs it, our engineers write the Swift or Kotlin module. Our React Native development page covers the technical detail.
Do you design the app too?
Yes. Our product designers run discovery, wireframes and clickable prototypes, and test them with users before development starts. They stay with the engineers through launch.
Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?
Yes. We set up signing, release automation and store listings, and manage submission and review for both stores. Apps are published under your developer accounts.
Do I own the code and the app?
Yes. The code lives in your repository and the apps are published under your App Store and Google Play accounts from day one. NDA on request.
